How long do the dishes last?

The frozen dishes can be kept in the freezer for at least 3 months.

Keep fresh dishes in the fridge for at least 7 days.

How are frozen dishes reheated?

The dishes can be reheated in the microwave, pan, oven or steamer.

When frozen, the dishes will heat up in the microwave for about 8-12 minutes at about 700W. When defrosted, they only need 3-4 minutes in the microwave.

In the oven with convection when frozen at 150 degrees - 30-35 minutes. When thawed, put in the oven at 150 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Can I store frozen meals in the refrigerator?

The dishes can be stored unopened in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
